Session

During the last year, ESCOACHING has developed Talent Gaming© a new framework and tools based on the use of “serious game” methodology to enhance talent discovery and awareness in team coaching sessions. This methodology uses board games and related tools for coaches that allows reflection about talents showed in the team, individual competencies demonstrated, blind areas that should be taken into consideration in order to achieve team objectives and results.

After the experience with different clients and type of organisations (major companies, SME, humanitarian organizations and public institutions), we have evidenced that the use of this approach generates a great added value to teams. Also, our clients said that the use of this kind of approach clearly contribute to engagement (at organisational and team level). The importance of non-formal (but serious) spaces to allow talent exploration, team reflection, building trust, strengths and team weakness analysis related to team goals and results are in the base of Talent Gaming©.
We consider this topic relevant to give to other coaching professionals some key considerations about this approach and of course, give a chance to experience on first hand some minutes of the Talent Gaming methodology!
